固定牵拉滞针法治疗顽固性面瘫临床研究

目的:观察分析采用固定牵拉滞针法治疗顽固性面瘫的方法及临床疗效。方法:选取50例顽固性面瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中观察组25例给予"马氏"特色牵拉滞针法治疗,对照组25例给予常规针刺治疗,比较两组面神经功能改善情况及临床疗效差异。结果:观察组总有效率为92.0%,高于对照组的68.0%(x2=2.381,P<0.05),观察组面神经功能改善率为84.0%,高于对照组56.0%(x2=4.667,P<0.05)。结论:固定牵拉滞针法治疗顽固性面瘫临床疗效显著,患者依从性强,能够较好的改善患者面神经功能,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical research on treating intractable facial paralysis by acupuncture

Objective： To observe and analyze the treatment of intractable facial paralysis in fixed Qianla Zhizhen acu-therapy. Methods：50 cases of intractable facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups, one group for 25 given, in observation group Ma’s acupuncture treatment;in the control group, 25 patients received conventional acupuncture treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 92.0%, higher than 68.0%in the control group （x2=2.381, P＆lt;0.05）, improved facial nerve function in the observation group was 84.0%, higher than 56.0% （x2=4.667, P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion： Ma’s acupuncture treatment of intractable facial paralysis has significant clinical efficacy, is worthy of clinical application.
