耳穴贴敷预防混合痔术后尿潴留效果观察

目的:观察和评价耳穴贴敷预防混合痔术后尿潴留的临床效果。方法:将120例患者随机分为试验组60例和对照组60例,对试验组患者术前分别在两耳膀胱、输尿管、肾耳穴表面贴敷压丸。结果:试验组自行排尿52例(86.7%),注射新斯的明排尿5例(8.3%),导尿3例(5.0%);对照组自行排尿41例(68.3%),注射新斯的明排尿13例(21.7%),导尿6例(10.0%);两组术后出现尿潴留差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴敷预防混合痔术后尿潴留效果确切可靠,值得临床推广运用。

Effect observation on preventing postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids by auricular point sticking

Objective：To observe and evaluate the clinical efficiency of auricular point sticking on preventing postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 60 in each. Preoperative the experimental group was given sticking pills in the bladder, ureter, and kidney auricular point surface of two ears. Results：The experimental group urinate 52 cases （86.7%）, taken neostigmine injection urination 5 cases （8.3%）, urethral catheterization 3 cases （5%）; those in the control group respectively were 41 cases （68.3%）, 13 cases （21.7%）, 6 cases （10%）; difference of two groups of postoperative urine retention occurred was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Auricular point sticking is effective on preventing postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids, worthy of a wide clinical application.
