头体针结合治疗癫痫30例临床观察

目的:分析头针结合体针治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法:选取60例符合诊断标准的癫痫患者,随机分为两组,药物组(30例)采用口服丙戊酸钠治疗,针灸组(30例)在药物组的治疗基础上加针刺治疗,3个月后,对比两组患者进行疗效。结果:针灸组的控制率及有效率分别为40%、90%,药物组的控制率及有效率分别为23.33%、73.33%,两组患者的控制率及有效率比较,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头针结合体针治疗癫痫,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of epilepsy by head and body acupuncture

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of head and body acupuncture on treating epilepsy. Methods：To select 60 cases of epilepsy meet the diagnostic criteria, they were randomly divided into two groups. Medicine group （30 cases） was given oral valproate therapy;acupuncture group was given acupuncture based on medicine group. Three months later, compared the efficacy of two groups of patients. Results： Control rate and efficiency of acupuncture group were 40%, 90%, that in medicine group were 23.33% and 73.33%, compared two groups control rate and efficiency, were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Head and body acupuncture have obvious curative effect on treating epilepsy, is worth the clinical promotion.
