天麻钩藤饮加味辅助治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的临床观察

目的:观察天麻钩藤饮加味辅助硝苯地平缓释片治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的临床疗效。方法:共120例肝阳上亢型高血压病患者纳入观察,按照数字表法随机分成治疗组和对照组,各60例,均予硝苯地平缓释片10mg,q12h,口服治疗。治疗组加用天麻钩藤饮加味,每日1付,分3次口服。两组疗程均2周,观察两组患者临床症状,血压以及证候的变化。结果:①经治疗,治疗组中医征候显效36例,有效19例,总有效率91.67%;对照组中医征候显效13例,有效29例,总有效率70%,经统计学分析,治疗组疗效优于对照组,P<0.01。②经治疗,治疗组血压控制显效37例,有效19例,总有效率93.3%;对照组血压控制显效32例,有效21例,总有效率88.3%,治疗组优于对照组,但经统计学分析差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:天麻钩藤饮加味辅助硝苯地平缓释片治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病能有效改善患者症状,改善中医征候,控制血压,值得推广使用。

Clinical observation on treating liver-yang hyperactivity type hypertension with the Tianma Gouteng decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical auxiliary effect of the Tianma Gouteng decoction on treating liver-yang hyperactivity type hypertension. Methods： 120 cases were observed, in accordance with the number table, randomly divided into treated group and control group, 60 cases for each, were given releasing nifedipine 10mg, ql2h, oral treatment. The treated group plus the Tianma Gouteng decoction, daily one dose, orally 3 times. The therapeutic course was two weeks, clinical symptoms, changes in blood pressure and syndromes were observed. Results： After treatment： ①In Chinese medicine symptoms, the treated group 36 cases markedly effective, effective in 19 cases, total efficiency of 91.67%; Control group, 13 cases were markedly effective, effective in 29 cases, total efficiency of 70%, after statistical analysis, the treated group was better than the control group, P〈0.01. ②In blood pressure control, in the treated group 37 cases were cured, effective in 19 cases, the total efficiency of 93.3%; In control group, 32 cases markedly effective, effective in 21 cases, total efficiency of 88.3%, the treated group was better than the control group. However, the statistical analysis showed no significant difference, P〉0.05. Conclusion： The Tianma Gouteng decoction has the good efficacy on treating liver-yang hyperactivity type hypertension, can effetely improved the symptoms of patients and TCM symptom, effetely control of blood pressure, should be introduced.
