恶性卵巢肿瘤中CD44V6基因蛋白表达的检测及其意义

 目的　研究恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中CD44V6的表达及其临床意义。方法　用免疫组织化学方法，检测41例恶性卵巢肿瘤、20例良性卵巢肿瘤和21例正常卵巢组织中CD44V6基因蛋白的表达情况并分析相关的临床病理因素。结果　(1)CD44V6基因蛋白表达阳性率恶性组明显高于良性组和正常组。(2)有转移者CD44V6阳性率显著高于无转移者，转移灶阳性率高于原发灶。(3)CD44V6阳性表达者近期疗效比阴性者差。(4)CD44V6阳性表达率与临床期别有一定关系，但与病理类型、组织学级别无关。结论　(1)CD44V6与肿瘤的发生、发展相关。(2)CD44V6与卵巢恶性肿瘤的浸润和转移相关，可以作为预测肿瘤转移潜能指标。(3)CD44V6与近期疗效有关，可作为评估预后的指标。

The Expression of CD44V6 Protein and its Clinical Significance in Malignant Ovarian Tumor

Objective To study the expression of CD44V6 in ovarian carcinoma and to investigate its clinical significance in malignant ovarian tumor.Methods The immunohistochemical stain method was used to detect the expression proteins of CD44V6 in tissue samples of 41 malignant ovarian tumors,20 benign ovarian tumors and 21 normal controls.Results (1)The positive expression rates of CD44V6 protein in malignance were significantly higher than that in benign and control;(2)The expression levels of CD44V6 in residual tumor(diameter>2cm)were significantly higher than that in residual tumor (diameter≤2cm). (3)The positive expression rates of CD44V6 in metastatic focus were significantly higher than that in primary focus;the positive expression rates in the pirmary focus with metastasis were significantly higher than that without metastasis. (4) The short term curative effects of patient with positive expression of CD44V6 were significantly lower than that of negative patients with such expression.(5) No significant correlation was observed between the positive expression rate of CD44 and pathological type,or histological grade in cancer tissue.Conclusion (1)CD44V6 was correlated with the carcinogenesis and progress of tumor.(2)The over expression of CD44V6 was correlated with the metastasis of malignant ovarian tumor,it may be used for predicting the metastasis of cancer.(3) The over expression of CD44V6 was correlated with the curative effects,it would be a new marker for evaluating the curative effects and prognosis.
