急性硫化氢中毒患者的急救护理

目的总结急性硫化氢中毒的急救护理经验。方法对9例患者及时保持呼吸道通畅，保证有效供氧；迅速建立静脉通道，及时准确用药；密切观察病情变化，及时发观可能出现的并发症；积极对症支持治疗和心理疏导。结果全部病例经过抢救和护理，病情好转，无严重并发症发生，追踪观察1年期间病情稳定。结论及时给予有效的治疗和护理，是抢救硫化氢中毒成功的重要保障。

Emergency Nursing Experience for the Patients of Acute Hydrogen Sulphide Poisoning

[ Objective] To summarize the emergency nursing experience for the patients of acute hydrogen sulphide poisoning. [ Methods] 9 patients were treated with the methods of timely keeping the respiratory tract open to insure enough oxygen, swiftly set- ting up venous passage to ensure quick and correct drug administration ; close observation was made on the changes of patients＇situa- tion to find possible complications in time; active symptomatic support and psychological counseling were given to the patients. [ Results ] Through active rescue and nursing, all the patients got better and no serious complications happened; the one-year followup proved that the patients＇situation was all stable. [ Conclusion] Prompt and effective treatment and nursing is the important guarantee for the successful rescue of acute hydrogen sulphide poisoning.
