剖宫产术后两种护理方法的对比分析

目的寻求有效预防产后宫腔积血，减轻产妇疼痛，提高护士工作效率的方法。方法将剖宫产横式切口术后的产妇随机分为实验组和对照组。术后护理，实验组采用皮肤切口表面压沙袋，子宫底部捆扎腹带的方法；对照组采用皮肤切口表面压沙袋。观察子宫按压次数，宫腔积血发生情况。结果两组比较，实验组按压子宫次数少，宫腔积血发生明显减少。结论沙袋和腹带的共同应用为剖宫产术后有效的护理方法。

Comparison of two methods of nursing after caesarean section
