心宁口服液治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

目的 观察心宁口服液对老年冠心病的治疗作用。方法 对33例冠心病患服药前后的临床症状、体征、血脂、血液流学等进行对比。结果 心绞痛疗效显效率42.8%，总有效率89.2%；心电图疗效显效率30％，总胶70%；对常见伴随症状如胸闷、气短、口干、便秘、腰腿酸痛等有显疗效；能显降低血清TC、TG、VLDL－C（P＜0.01)；还能使血球压积、全血粘度和血浆粘度显下降（P＜0．01）。结论 心宁口服液对老年冠心病有很好的治疗作用。

Clinical research on Ningxin oral liquid for treating the aged coronary heart disease with angina pectories

Objective To observe effect of Ningxin oral liquid on the aged coronary heart disease with angina pectories.Methods 33 patients of coronary heart disease were observed and the clinical symptom,sign,lipidemia,hemorheology before taking the oral liquid were compared with those after it was taken.Results The obvious effective rate was 42.8%,the total effective rate was 89.2%;The obvious effective rate on EKG was 30%;the total effective rate on EKG was 70%;It was also effective for the accompanying symptoms such as oppression in the chest,shortness of breath,dry mouth,constipation,soreness and pain in the loins and legs,etc;TC,TG,VLDL-L( P<0.01 )was significantly decreased.Conclusion Ningxin oral liquid is effective for the treatment of the aged coronary heart disease.;[
