| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Chemerin在寻常性银屑病患者血清中的表达水平及其临床意义.方法 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法（Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA）检测30例寻常性银屑病患者血清Chemerin的浓度.另取30例正常人血清作为对照组.结果 寻常性银屑病患者血清中Chemerin浓度明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）,Chemerin的水平与寻常性银屑病的分期有关,其中进行期患者组显著高于静止期患者组（P＜0.05）,且Chemerin的血清浓度变化与寻常性银屑病严重程度指数PASI评分呈正相关性（r=0.521,P＜0.05）.结论 Chemerin在寻常性银屑病患者血清中显著增高,并与寻常性银屑病的分期相关,提示Chemerin在寻常性银屑病的发病中起重要作用。 |

Detection of Serum Levels of Chemerin in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role and clinical significance of serum levels of Chemerin in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Serum levels of Chemerin were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay （ELISA） in 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Results The serum levels of Chemerin were signifieantly higher than those in normal controls （P〈0.01）, and there was significant difference between the active stage of psoriasis vulgaris and the resting stage （P〈0.05）. The serum levels of Chemerin were associated with psoriasis area and severity index （PASI） scores. Conclusion The Chemerin may be very important to the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris. |
