针药联合治疗动眼神经麻痹疗效观察

目的 分析中药联合针灸对动眼神经麻痹患者的应用价值及安全性。方法 动眼神经麻痹病例60例。将60例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对两组患者的总有效率、不良反应发生率、生活质量进行对比。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率为93.3%、治疗后生活质量评分(76.88±8.65)分明显高于对照组的66.7%、(67.29±8.30)分;对照组无不良反应,治疗组2例出现轻微恶心,未影响治疗。结论 为动眼神经麻痹患者行针灸联合中药治疗,疗效确切,能有效提高生活质量,应用价值显著。

Effective safety analysis and prognosis evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in treating oculomotor paralysis

Objective To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on the application value and safety of oculomotor nerve palsy patients.Methods 60 cases of oculomotor nerve palsy patients were randomly divided into two groups,the efficiency of two groups of patients,the blood vessel,the quality of life were compared.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.3%,quality of life score (76.88±8.65) was significantly higher than the control group 66.7%,(67.29±8.30) %.The control group had no adverse reaction in the observation group,2 cases had mild nausea and no influence on the treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively and improve the quality of life in patients with oculomotor paralysis,and the application value is remarkable
