| 摘 要： | 复查电子胃镜录像诊断慢性胃炎２００例，与组织学诊断的符合率为５３％（３２／６０），漏诊率为７％（１０／１４０）；检查记录的诊断符合率为６３％（３６／５７），漏诊率为４％（６／１４３）。说明电子胃镜录像，有助于我们提高对萎缩性胃炎胃粘膜改变特征的识别能力。

| Abstract: | Tape records of vediogastroscopy in 200 cases of chronic gastritis were reviewed.Diagnosis of atrophic gastritis in according to tape record reviewing were consistent with histologic diagnosis in 53% (32/60),and the diagnosis were missed in 7% (10/140).According to the original record of gastroscopy,diagnosis of atrophic gastritis were consistent with histologic diagnosis in 63%(36/57), and missed in 4% (4/143).The tape record of videogastroscopy showed a good quality. It is helpful for recognizing the characteristics of mucosal appearance in atrophic gastritis. |
