| 摘 要： | 日的探讨老年癌痛与抑郁的相关性，以及疼痛、抑郁对免疫功能的影响．厅法对经病理确诊n勺老年癌症并伴有疼痛的患者进行抑郁自评量表问卷调查，同时采集血清进行免疫功能测定，并与无疼痛的老年癌症患者比较．结果有疼痛与无疼痛的两组患者抑郁的发生无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但疼痛与抑郁程度有相关性．老年癌痛患者重度抑郁的发生率较高（P〈0．05）；有疼痛与无疼痛的两组患者NK细胞比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05），CD3’、CD4’、CD8’比较无明显统计学意义；抑郁组与无抑郁组免疫功能无统计学意义（P〉0．05）．结论老年癌症患者疼痛与抑郁的发生无相关性，与抑郁程度有相关性，对NK细胞有影响，对CD3’、CD4’、CD8’无明显影响；老年癌痛患者重度抑郁的发生率较高，对免疫功能无影响．
