| 摘 要： | 结直肠癌的发病呈上升趋势,是西方发达国家最常见的恶性肿瘤之一.我国上海结直肠癌的发病率以每年4.2%的速度上升,预计我国结直肠癌的发病率和死亡率还将继续上升,成为最重要的恶性肿瘤之一.随着分子生物学技术的发展,对结直肠癌的发生、浸润和转移做了大量的分子水平研究,就目前的研究进展作一综述.

| Abstract: | The incidence of colorectal carcinoma is rising. Colorectal carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in the west. The incidence increased by 4.2 % per year in Shanghai. It is estimated that the incidence and mortality will still increase. Colorectal carcinoma is becoming one of the most important malignant tumor. With the development of molecular biology technique, lots of molecular researches have been done on the occurrence, invasion and metastasis in colorectal carcinoma. This article reviews the present state of the researches. |
