回顾性分析溃疡性结肠炎232例

目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎结肠镜检出率以及相关特点,以提高对此病的认识.方法:按照UC诊断标准,回顾18年中4994次结肠镜检出的232例UC内镜资料,进行分析与统计学处理.结果:共检出232例溃疡性结肠炎,18年平均检出率为4.65%.男134例,女98例,平均年龄44.11岁,患者主要集中于20-69岁之间,可见两个高峰,30-39岁之年龄段患者最多,为66例,占28.45%;其次为50-59岁之年龄段,为51例,占21.98%.城市居住人口(70.26%)较农村居住人口(29.74%)比率高.在UC患者中,13.4%为直肠炎,27.2%为直乙状结肠炎.18.6%为左半结肠炎,全结肠炎为40.8%.结论:本地区溃疡性结肠炎发病人数逐渐增加;内镜检出率较高.

Colonoscopy of 232 cases of ulcerative colitis

AIM:To explore the colonoscopic and related features of ulcerative colitis,with a view to improve recognition of ulcerative colitis(UC). METHODS:According to UC diagnostic code, 232 cases of UC were collected from 4994 cases diagnosed by colonoscope over 18 years.We carried out retrospective and statistical analyses of the endoscopic data from all cases. RESULTS:Two hundred and thirty-two cases of UC were detected,with an average detection rate of 4.65%.There were 134 male and 98 fe- male cases,with a male to female ratio of 1.37: 1.The mean age was 44.11 years,with most pa- tients between 20 and 69 years.There were two age peaks:66 cases(28.45%)between 30 and 39 years,and 51(21.98%)between 50 and 59 years. The urban population comprised 70.26% of cases,and was higher than the rural population (29.74%).Among patients with UC,13.4%' had proctitis,27.2% had proctosigmoiditis,18.6% had left-side colitis,and 40.8% had pan-colitis. CONCLUSION:There have been an increas- ing number of patients hospitalized with UC in recent years,and the endoscopic detection rate for this condition is higher than for others.The lesions of UC are commonly located in the left colon.
