| 摘 要： | 目的 提高小儿重复肾及其合并畸形的诊治水平。方法 回顾分析我院 1985～ 2 0 0 0年收治重复肾及其合并畸形 2 2例手术治疗资料。结果 2 2例重复肾及其合并畸形均手术治疗 ,治疗效果满意。结论 小儿重复肾及其合并畸形诊断明确 ,伴有临床症状及体征者 ,应早期手术治疗

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of repetitive kidney and its complicated deformity. Methods The data of 22 cases of such patients was analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from 1985～2000. Results All cases of repetitive kidney with its complicated deformity were obtained with satisfactory curative effect. Conclusion The operative treatment should be performed as early as possible when the diagnosis of such disease is confirmed with clinical symptoms and signs. |
