| 摘 要： | 目的探讨眼电生理检查,在眼挫伤法医学鉴定中的价值。方法应用眼电生理检测系统,诊断为眼挫伤62例(68眼),分别行P-VEP或F-VEP,F-ERG,OPS检查。记录P100峰潜时和波幅,ERG,a,b波峰潜时和波幅,OPS波幅。结果凡伤后视力下降眼,P100波幅,峰潜时与对照眼比较,峰潜时明显延迟,波幅明显降低(P<0.01)。结论视觉电生理对眼挫伤后视网膜振荡、视神经损伤的诊断,具有客观性和敏感性。在估计预后、指导治疗以及法医学鉴定中,具有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the medicolegl expertise value of ocular contusion with eye EPS. Methods 62 cases （68 eyes） which were diagnosed with eye EPS were detected with P- VEP or F- VEP, F- ERG, OPS. The wave of P100 peak lathency, ERG, a, b peak lantency and OPS were observed. Results The wave of P100 peak lathency, ERG, a, b peak lantency and OPS of eye after injury with decreased vision were delayed P 〈 0.01. Conclusion The EPS could obtain the diagnosis of retina vibration and optic nerve injury after ocular contusion with sensitivity and objectivity. It might play an value for prognosis, indicate therapy and medicolegal expertise. |
