| 摘 要： | 目的:分离纯化到单一组分的木鳖子素。方法:木鳖子脱脂粉用磷酸盐缓冲液提取,提取液用硫酸铵沉淀,沉淀用水溶解后先上CM Sepharose Fast F low阳离子交换凝胶柱然后上SephacrylTMS-200 H igh F low凝胶柱。结果:纯化到单一组分的木鳖子素,分子量为29000。结论:该方法快速、稳定。 |

| Abstract: | Cochinchinin was separated and purified from the seed extract of Momordica Cochinchinensis,Chinese herbal medicine mubiezi,by precipitation at 30—60%saturation of(NH_4)_2SO_4,CM Sepharose Fast Flow and Sephacryl~TM S-200 High Flow column chromatography.It proved to be homogeneous by SDS—PAGE with a molecular weight of 29000. |
