| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜在食管裂孔疝治疗中应用的可行性。方法腹腔镜下食管裂孔疝修补术4例。结果4例均在腹腔镜下完成手术，手术时间40～182min。术中出血10～30ml。术后住院3—6d。术后随访1年，无疝复发。结论腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补同时行胃底折叠术是食管裂孔疝治疗首选手术方法，这一术式具有并发症发生率低、创伤小、住院时间短及恢复快等优点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the feasibility of laparoscopy in the treatment for esophageal hiatal hernia. Methods Four patients underwent laparoscopic paraesophageal hernia repair. Results The operations were accomplished under laparoscope in all the 4 cases. The operation time was 40-182 min. Intra-operative bleeding was 10-30 ml. The hospitaliz-ation after operation was 3-6 days. After 1 year＇ s follow up there wasn＇t recurrence of hernia. Conclusion It is the first method that laparoscopic paraesophageal hernia repairation with fundoplication for treatment of esophageal hiatal hernia. This operation method has low complication rate, little trauma, short hospitalization time ,rapid recovery and so on. |
