| 摘 要： | 目的研究还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)治疗重度创伤后全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)的临床疗效。方法选择符合SIRS诊断标准的60例患者,随机分为GSH治疗组和对照组。观察两组患者的临床效果并检测治疗前后血清TNF,αIL-6,IL-10水平变化。结果治疗后治疗组患者临床症状改善较对照组明显,MODS发生率下降,炎性介质TNF,αIL-6,IL-10水平在治疗组改变较对照组明显。结论GSH能改善SIRS的临床症状,对炎性介质起调控作用。 |
