摘    要:
目的:了解扬中市人群河豚鱼食用相关知识、态度状况,探索河豚鱼食用科学监管方法。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,对扬中市人群食用河豚鱼的相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)进行调查。结果:扬中市人群河豚鱼的食用率为84.6%,近3年99.5%的人食用的是养殖河豚鱼;人群有78.5%可以区分河豚鱼与普通鱼类,27%能区分常见河豚鱼种类,12%能辨认养殖与野生河豚鱼;70.8%支持食用河豚鱼,普遍认为鱼肉、鱼皮无毒。结论:扬中市人群河豚鱼食用情况较为普遍,多数人掌握了一定的河豚鱼食用知识,但仍有相当一部分人对河豚鱼相关知识缺乏了解或有误解,需进一步加强教育与宣传。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the KAP(knowledge,attitude and practice) about eating puffer fish among Yangzhong people,and to explore a scientific supervise method of eating puffer fish.Methods:With stratified sampling method,the status of KAP about eating puffer fish among Yangzhong people was investigated.Results:About 84.6% of people in Yangzhong have eaten puffer fish,and the cultured puffer fish was eaten by 99.5% of them during the near past 3 years.There were 78.5% of which can distinguish puffer fish from common fish,only 27% can identify what kind of the puffer fish,12% can recognize wild and cultured puffer fish.People supported eating puffer fish were 70.8%.Generally,people consider the fish and fish skin nontoxic.Conclusion:It is common for Yangzhong people to eat puffer fish.Most of people have acquired much knowledge about eating puffer fish,but there are still many people do not clear about it.So education and publicity should be strengthened further.
