氯沙坦联合低分子肝素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变126例观察

目的 :观察氯沙坦联合低分子肝素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变 (DPN)的疗效。方法 :2 5 2例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为对照组 1 2 6例 ,单用弥可保肌注 ,每日 5 0 0mg ,连续 6周 ;治疗组 1 2 6例 ,在对照组基础上 ,加氯沙坦 2 5mg口服 ,每日一次 ,低分子肝素 5 0 0 0Iu皮下注射 ,每日一次 ,连续 6周。结果 :治疗组痛觉过敏与感觉减退有效率达 93.7%与 95 .7% ,明显高于对照组的 2 9.6 %和 2 9.8% (P <0 .0 1 ) ;神经传导速度也明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :氯沙坦联合低分子肝素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效

Therapeutic Efficacy of Losartan Combined with LMWH in 126 Patients with Diabetic Neuropathy

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of losartan combinated with LMWH in patients with diabetic neuropathy. Method: 256 patients with diabetic neuropathy were randomly assigned in the lasartan group (126 cases) and control group(126 cases). The control group was only given methylcobalamin 500mg im qd;the losartan group was given methylcobalamin 500mg im qd but losartan 25mg qd LMWH 5 000Iu ih qd for 6 weeks. Result:the total efficacy rate of hyperalgesia and hypoalgesia in losartan group were 93.7%, 95.7% respectively; it was obviously higher than 29.6%,29.8% in control group ( P <0.01).The nerve conducting velocity was as well as above result( P <0.01). Conclusion: The combination of losartan with LMWH for the treatment of diabetic neuropathy was effective and safe.
