| 摘 要： | 通过对近15年来国内外干预糖尿病高危人群临床试验研究文献进行综述,分析目前糖尿病高危人群流行病学现状,干预措施。对今后开展干预糖尿病高危人群临床试验方案的设计,推进循证医学研究,控制糖尿病和冠心病的发生具有重要的参考价值。 |

| Abstract: | This paper is a summary about the research progress of diabetes prevention clinical trials at home and abroad over the past 15 years,which analyzes the epidemiological status quo and the ntervening measure to the categories of increased risk for diabetes.It has important reference value to carry out the design of clinical trial intervene in categories of categories of increased risk for diabetes, developing evidence-based medicine research, control the occurrence of diabetes and coronary heart disease in the future. |
