| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿临床和病理特征,以利于正确诊治.方法:对我院19年来治疗的15例颌面部嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿患者的临床资料进行分析.结果:5例术前正确诊断者中4例都有嗜酸细胞增高,1例有病理诊断;误诊以多形性腺瘤最多见,达6例.结论:末梢血嗜酸粒细胞增高对诊断本病有较高的参考价值,确诊靠病理检查,皮肤瘙痒则有一定参考作用;单靠临床检查易误诊. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical and pathological features of eosinophilic lymphogranuloma in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Fifteen cases of eosinophilic lymphogranuloma treated in our hospital in the past 19 years were retrospectively analysed. Results: Out of 5 correctly diagnosed cases,4 cases had the rise of ECC,1 case had pathological diagnosis.Six cases were misdiagnosed as pleomorphic adenoma. Conclusion: The diagnosis of eosinophilic lymphogranuloma should be mainly based on the detection of eosinophilic granulocyte and on the pathological examination.Skin itch has referential value.Depending on clinical examination only may lead to misdiagnosis. |
