| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围手术期的护理措施。方法:对40例在我院入院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者做好心理护理及针对性术前、术中、术后护理。结果:患者对护理工作的满意度较高,仅有5例患者出现术后并发症。经积极对症治疗,均康复出院。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症发生率较高,根据患者具体情况制定个性化的围手术期护理方案,从生理和心理全方位展开手术期护理,可提高手术成功率,减少术后并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the nursing measures of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with curative effects of perioperatie period. Methods：40 patients admitted for laparoscopic cholecystectomy were received mental are and peri-operation care. Results：Patients have higher satisfaction with care effect,there were 5 patients occured complication,after actively therapy,all the patients cured and discharge. Conclusion：According to specific conditions in patients with personalized perioperatie care program,from the physical and psychological care fully rolled-operative period can improve the success rate of surgery,reduce postoperative complications. |
