| 摘 要： | 目的:研究采用米非司酮配伍中药治疗异位妊娠的效果.方法:将适合保守治疗的58例异位妊娠患者,随机分为两组,分别采用米非司酮配伍中药和氨甲喋吟治疗,对比观察其疗效.结果:采用米非司酮配伍中药治疗和氨甲喋呤治疗的有效率分别为83.87%和85.18%(P＞0.05);不良反应发生率分别为6.45%和51.85%(P＜0.01).结论:通过临床观察表明,采用米非司酮配伍中药治疗异位妊娠成功率高,副作用小,疗效可靠,能保留病变部位功能.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of Mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat ectopic pregnancy.Methods: Fifty-eight cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were divided randomly into two groups.One group was treated with Mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat ectopic pregnancy,another group was treated with Methotrexater.Results:The effectiveness of the two conservative therapies was respectively 83.87% and 85.18%(P>0.05);The incidence of side effect was respectively 6.45% and 51.85%(P<0.01).Conclusion:It was higher successful rate and fewer side effects to treat conservatively ectopic pregnancy with Mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine.This method can maintain the tissue function of lesion part. |
