导法配合经穴推拿治疗功能性便秘临床观察

目的观察导法配合经穴推拿治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将100例功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例。治疗组采用导法（蜂蜜灌肠）配合经穴推拿（选择合谷、足三里、上巨虚、中脘、神阙、天枢、支沟、水道、归来、丰隆、长强等穴位）治疗。对照组采用开塞露40ml肛注治疗。两组疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后症状改善及结肠转运时间（CTT）的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率94％，对照组为78％，两组总有效率差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后治疗组排便困难、腹胀或痛、排便不尽感或下坠感与对照组比较有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗前后的结肠转运时间（CTT）均明显缩短，但治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论导法配合经穴推拿治疗功能性便秘安全有效，优于单纯应用开塞露治疗。

Clinical Observation on Conductance Method Combined with Acupoint Massage in Treatment of Functional Constipation

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects on conductance method combined with acupoint massage in treatment of functional constipation. Methods 100 patients of functional constipation were randomly divided into 2groups, the treatment group and the control group, Each of 50 cases. Treated by conductance method （Honey Enema） combined with acupoint massage （Selection of acupuncture point such as Hegu, Zu sanli, Shang juxu, Zhongwan, Shenque, Tianshu, Zhigou, Shuidao, Guilai, Fenglong and Changqiang）. The control group adopted 40ml anal enema injection treatment. 2groups were treated for 4 weeks. Symptoms improvement before and after treatment and colonic transit time （CTT） changes would be observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and the control group was 94% and 78% respectively, which had significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Symptoms such as difficulty in defecation, abdominal distention and pain and defecation incompletion feeling or sense of falling in comparison of the treatment group was significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ） compared with the control group. Colonic transit time （CTT） before and after treatment was shortened significantly and the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Conductance method combined with acupoint massage is safe and effective in treating functional constipation, and is better than the simple application of glycerine enema therapy.
