| 摘 要： | 目的 观察角膜异物摘出时2％利多卡因表面麻醉的效果.方法 利多卡因表面麻醉下,用自制异物针剔除角膜异物.结果 全部患者用利多卡因均达到良好的麻醉效果.所有角膜均愈合良好.结论 利多卡因表面麻醉摘出角膜异物效果良好. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of 2％ lidocaine topical anesthesia in removing the corneal foreign bodies.Methods Under topical anesthesia with 2％ lidocaine,the corneal foreign bodies were picked out with homemade foreign body needle.Results The satisfactory result of anesthesia were achieved in all case with lidocaine topical anesthesia.All corneas healed well.Conclusion The effect of lidocaine topical anesthesia for removing corneal foreign bodies is good. |
