法舒地尔对缺血性心肌病患者血管内皮功能的影响

摘    要:目的:观察法舒地尔对缺血性心肌病(ischemic cardiomyopathy,ICM)患者血管内皮功能的影响.方法:选择ICM患者95例,随机分为法舒地尔治疗组(A组)50例,常规治疗组(B组)45例,另设正常对照组(C组)50例,分别比较3组间的血清一氧化氮(NO)和血清内皮素(ET)水平.A、B组患者治疗2周后,复查NO、ET水平,分别做同组治疗前后对比及组间治疗后对比.结果:①治疗前,A、B组ICM患者血清NO水平均低于C组,ET水平高于C组(P<0.01),A、B组间NO、ET水平无明显差异(P>0.05).②同组间治疗前后比较,A、B组治疗后NO水平均增高,ET水平均降低(P<0.01).③治疗后做A、B组间比较,A组NO水平高于B组,ET水平低于B组(P<0.05).结论:法舒地尔对血管内皮具有保护作用,在常规治疗基础上加用法舒地尔能更好改善ICM患者血管内皮功能.

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of fasudil on vascular endothelial function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM). Methods: Ninety-five inpatients with ICM were randomly divided into singleblind fasudil treatment (group A, n :50) and conventional treatment (group B, n :45), and 50 cases of normal people were randomly selected as control (group C, n =50). Serum nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) levels before (groups A, B, C) and two weeks after (groups A and B) treatment were compared among the groups. Results: The levels of NO were lower but the levels of ET were higher in groups A and B than in group C before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of NO and ET between groups A and B. The levels of NO increased but the levels of ET decreased in groups A and B after treatment ( P d0.01), the levels of NO were higher but the levels of ET were lower in group A than in group B ( P d0.05). Conclusion. Fasudil can improve vascular endothelial function in patients with ICM.
