股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

目的:探讨应用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:对18例老年股骨粗隆间骨折应用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果:手术时间70¹20 min;术中出血量100120 min;术中出血量100²50 ml;切口均一期愈合。18例均获随访,随访时间6250 ml;切口均一期愈合。18例均获随访,随访时间6¹8个月。骨折临床愈合时间418个月。骨折临床愈合时间4⁶月。按Harris髋关节功能评分标准:优14例,良2例,可2例。结论:应用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折,操作简单、创伤小、固定牢靠、稳定性好、骨折愈合率高,临床疗效满意。

Treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fractures with proximal femoral locking plate

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treating intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients by proximal femoral locking plate. Methods：Eighteen elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated by internal fixation with proximal femoral locking plate. Results： The operation time ranged from 70 to 120 minutes. Intraoperative blood loss was from 100 to 250 ml,and primary healing of incision achieved in the total patients. Follow-up in 6 to 18 months showed that the fractures were healed in 4 to 6 months. By Harris hip score of the 18 patients,14 were excellent,2 were good,and 2 were fair. Conclusion： Proximal femoral locking plate for elderly intertrochanteric fractures can be effective and has advantages of simple performance in procedure,less trauma to the bone,tight locking,angular stability and higher healing rate.
