腔内激光在下肢静脉曲张微创治疗中的手术技巧

目的:探讨改进的腔内激光手术技巧在下肢静脉曲张微创治疗中的效果。方法:对传统的和改进后的腔内激光治疗方式的疗效进行比较分析。结果:改进组的手术方式,其疗效在切口数目、切口总长度、术中出血量、术后住院时间上均明显优于传统组;手术时间上两者无明显差异;改进组的手术适应证范围扩大;改进组的相关术后并发症的发生率和术后复发率也明显下降。结论:改进的腔内激光手术方式适应证更广,在下肢静脉曲张微创治疗中有更好的美存度和微创效果。

Outcomes of applying improved endovenous laser to treatment of varicosity of lower extremities

Objective： To assess the outcomes of applying improved endovenous laser therapy（ EVLT） to superficial varicosity of lower limbs on minimal invasion purpose. Methods： The therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed pertinent to conventional surgical procedure and improved endovenous laser in treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities. Results： The improved endovenous laser intervention was superior to the conventional surgery regarding the incisions,overall length of the incisions,value of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative hospital stay. Although the operation time remained no significance for the two groups,yet introduction of improved endovenous laser led to wider surgical indications and significantly lower postoperative complications as well as relapse. Conclusion： EVLT may create a wider indication and be better cosmetic results as well as minimal invasion in treatment of lower limb superficial varicosity.
