摘    要:以还原型辅酶Ⅱ-黄递酶组织化学法对大鼠和人肺组织内一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)进行定位研究.结果显示:NOS广泛分布于各级支气管、肺泡管和部分肺泡囊上皮细胞及肺血管内皮细胞内.但肺泡及血管中、外膜NOS呈阴性反应,且NOS在大鼠和人肺组织内分布无明显区别.从而提示一氧化氮在肺组织的生理和病理学功能上可能发挥着重要作用.

Abstract:Using NADPH-diaphorase (NADPH-d) histochemical method, we studied the distribution of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in rat and human lungs. The NADPH-d his-tochemistry showed that NOS positive staining was localized in epithelial cells of bronchi, alveolar ducts, and alveolar sacs and in endothelial cells of pulmonary vessels; but rare in alveoli, neuronal cells, and pulmonary vascular media and adventitia in both rat and humanlungs. Moreover, no difference in distribution of NOS was detected between rat and human lungs. The results indicate that NOS is distributed widely in rat and human lungs, which suggests that nitric oxide may play a physiological and pathological role in rat and human lungs.
