基于Web of Science数据库癌症经济毒性研究趋势的可视化分析

目的:探讨和分析癌症经济毒性研究领域的现状和热点，为我国今后相关研究的开展提供参考。方法:以Web of Science数据库收录的2014年1月1日—2021年9月1日癌症经济毒性研究领域的发文文献为研究对象，应用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对收集的数据进行高频关键词、研究机构、国家等可视化分析。结果:癌症经济毒性研究领域的发文量为341篇，总体发文量偏低，美国在癌症经济毒性研究网络中占据核心地位，研究热点分别是经济毒性、生活质量、费用估算、负担、照护等，研究对象主要为乳腺癌病人、患癌幸存者。结论:癌症病人在治疗过程中所产生的经济毒性会对其生活质量及治疗效果产生很大的影响，而目前我国相关研究较少、涉及面窄，今后可以借鉴国外的研究成果，结合本土化的特点，加强国际合作，促进这一领域更广泛、更多元化地发展。

Visual analysis of research trends in financial toxicity of cancer based on Web of Science database

Objective:To explore and analyze the status quo and hot spots in the research field of financial toxicity of cancer,and provide reference for the development of related research in China in the future.Methods:The articles in the field of financial toxicity of cancer from January 1,2014 to September 1,2021 collected in the Web of Science database were selected as the research objects,and visualization analysis of high-frequency keywords,research institutions and countries was conducted by using CiteSpace visualization analysis software.Results:The number of articles published in the field of financial toxicity of cancer was 341,which was relatively lower overall.The United States played a core role in the research network of financial toxicity of cancer.The research focused on financial toxicity,the quality of life,cost estimation,burden,care,etc.The research objects mainly included the breast cancer patients and cancer survivors.Conclusions:The financial toxicity of cancer patients during treatment have a significant impact on their quality of life and treatment outcomes,but at present,there are few relevant researches in China and their coverage is narrow.In the future,we can learn from foreign research results and combine the characteristics of localization to strengthen international cooperation and promote the development of this field in a more extensive and diversified way.
