| 摘 要： | 综述盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔疼痛的中西医研究现状,总结中药灌肠、穴位贴敷等多种中医护理技术在盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔疼痛病人中的应用进展,提出目前中医护理技术操作存在统一性较差等问题及对未来研究的展望,旨在为减轻病人盆腔疼痛、改善疾病症状、调节病人情绪、提高生活质量提供参考。

| Abstract: | This article reviews the research status of traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic pelvic pain(CPP)caused by the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID),and summarizes the application progress of various traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing techniques such as Chinese herbal enema and acupoint application in patients with SPID-CPP.It puts forward the problems of poor uniformity in the operation of TCM nursing techniques,and prospects for future research,in order to provide the reference for alleviating pelvic pain,improving disease symptoms,regulating patients′emotions,and improving quality of life. |
