免疫球蛋白和抗病毒药联合使用对肾移植术后CMV肺炎的疗效观察

目的研究免疫球蛋白(IVIG)对肾移植术后巨细胞病毒(CMV)肺炎的治疗效果和不良反应。方法肾移植术后CMV肺炎患者59例分为两组,一组单独使用抗病毒药,另一组联合应用IVIG和抗病毒药。结果更昔洛韦组26例中,14例有效,12例无效;而IVIG与更昔洛韦联合治疗组的33例中30例有效,3例无效,两组间差异有显著性;治疗中未发现明显的不良反应。结论IVIG联合使用抗病毒药可提高CMV肺炎的治愈率,降低死亡率,是安全有效的抗CMV病毒感染的疗法。

Observation of the therapeutic effect of intravenous immunoglobulin combined with anti-virus drugs on cytomegalovirus pneumonia following renal transplantation

Objective To study the therapeutic effect and s id e effect of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) on cytomegalovirus pneumonia follo wing renal transplantation. Methods 59 patients with cytomegalovirus pneumonia followin g renal transplantation were selected and divided into two groups, one administe red ganciclovir alone,and the another IVIG combined with ganciclovir. Results Among the 26 patients administered ganciclovir alon e, 14 were effective, 12 ineffective. While the 33 patients administered IVIG co mbined with ganciclovir, 30 were effective, 3 ineffective. There were significan t difference between the two groups. But there were not any obvious side effects during treatment. Conclusion IVIG combined with anti-virus drugs can enhance the recovery rate of cytomegalovirus pneumonia, and lower the death rate. It is effective against cytomegalovirus pneumonia.
