| 摘 要： | 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定头痛定糖浆中天麻素含量的方法。方法采用Hypersil BDS C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）柱;流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液;流速为1.0mL·min^-1;柱温为30℃;检测波长为220nm。结果天麻素在0.007～7.385μg的范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.8%,RSD为0.27%（n=9）。结论本方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于头痛定糖浆的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination gastrodin in Toutongding syrup. METHOD Hypersil BDS Cl8 column （250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm）was used with acetonitrile and 0.05 % phosphoric acid （3：97） as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. The column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 220nm. RESULTS The linear range was 0.007--7. 385μg for gastrodin. The average recovery was 96.8 % （n = 9） with RSD 0.27 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Toutongding Syrup. |
