口腔鳞状细胞癌淋巴结转移相关因素的单因素分析

目的 通过分析常用的临床、病理指标与口腔鳞状细胞癌颈淋巴结转移的关系,探讨其在预测口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结转移中的价值,为临床提供预测转移的有效指标.方法 选择100例口腔鳞癌患者,记录年龄、性别、发病部位、病程、T分期、N分期等临床指标;选择肿瘤细胞浸润深度、浸润方式、病理分级、淋巴细胞浸润程度、肿瘤的粘附力、基底膜的连续性、肿瘤血管生成、肿瘤增殖等病理指标,进行统计学分析,观察这些指标与淋巴结转移的相关性.结果 单因素分析结果显示,T分期、浸润深度、平均血管密度、VEGF、PCNA和E-CD染色阳性细胞率具有统计学意义.结论 T分期、肿瘤浸润深度、E-CD、PCNA和VEGF的表达程度、肿瘤血管平均密度是与口腔鳞癌淋巴结转移相关的危险因素,可作为术前预测的指标.

Analysis of monofactors associated with lymph node metastasis in oral squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To analyze the relationship between the common clinical and pathological data and cervical lymph node metastasis in OSCC and investigate the value of the clinical and pathological factors for predicting cervical lymph node metastasis.MethodsOne hundred patients with OSCC were included in this study.Clinical parameters(sex,age,primary location,course of diseases,T stages and N stages) and pathological parameters(depth of invasion,fashion of tumor invasion,grade of pathology,degree of lymph cell invasion,adhesion,continuity of basement member,angiogenesis of tumor and proliferation) were statistically analyzed in regard to the association with lymph node metastasis.ResultsThe T stages,depth of invasion,the positive rate of VEGF,PCNA and E-CD expression,and MVD were significantly associated with lymph node metastasis.ConclusionThe T stages,depth of invasion,the positive rate of VEGF,PCNA and E-CD expression,and MVD were the factors which may serve as parameters to predict lymph node metastasis in OSCC.
