大蒜素、美浓霉素对小鼠脑内弓形虫包囊形成的影响

摘    要:
目的 观察大蒜素、美浓霉素对小鼠脑内弓形虫包囊形成的影响。方法 将弓形虫Fukaya株包囊腹腔注射感染小鼠 ,分别用大蒜素、美浓霉素治疗 ,设置不治疗对照组 ,45d后处死小鼠 ,观察脑内包囊数 ,以判断药物效果。结果 急性期用大蒜素能明显提高小鼠脑内包囊数 ;美浓霉素可杀灭弓形虫速殖子而使脑内包囊数明显减少 ;包囊形成后大蒜素、美浓霉素均无杀灭包囊的作用。结论 初步认为大蒜素可提高弓形虫包囊的收获量 ;美浓霉素对弓形虫包囊无作用

Abstract:
Aim To observe the effect of garlicin and minocycline on the cyst formation of T.gondii in mice.Methods Mice infected with T.gondii Fukaya strain cysts by peritoneal injection were divided into groups and treated with garlicin or minocycline and with no treatment in the control.Forty five days later,observed the number of Toxoplasma cyst in the mouse brain.Result Garlicin increases obviously the number of cysts in the mouse brain in acute stage;minocycline killed Toxoplasma tachyzoites and reduced obviously the number of cysts in the mouse brain.After the cyst formation,either garlicin or minocycline had no effect on elimination of cysts.Conclusion It suggests preliminary that garlicin can increase the harvest of cysts and both garlicin and minocycline have no effect on already formed T.cyst.
