| 摘 要： | 目的观察川乌不痛贴的最佳镇痛作用的贴敷时间。方法通过对不同贴敷时间的小鼠进行醋酸扭体镇痛实验，以研究该药的最佳镇痛作用的贴敷时间。结果川乌不痛贴腹部外敷对小鼠醋酸扭体有抑制作用，与空白对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；贴敷8小时组扭体次数最少，经方差分析有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论川乌不痛贴对小鼠醋酸扭体有抑制作用，即有镇痛作用；贴敷8小时镇痛效果最好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the application time about the best analgesic effect of Chuanwubutong Cream Methods Study of the best Application time by the mice, s wrenching body test caused by the irritation of acetic acid was conducted. Results Chuanwubutong Cream has inhibitory effect for the mice, s wrenching body test caused by the irritation of acetic acid, and there is significant difference with control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The number of writhing is the least When it is attached to the skin 8 hours （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Chuanwubutong Cream has inhibitory effect for the mice, s wrenching body test caused by the irritation of acetic acid, that have analgesic effects;The best application time of Chuanwubutong Cream is 8 hours. |
