| 摘 要： | 对６８例脑出血和脑梗死患者及４４例同年龄健康者红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）和血浆脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）含量进行测定。结果显示：正常对照组、脑梗死及脑出血的红细胞ＳＯＤ活性依次降低，血浆ＬＰＯ水平依次升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果提示：检测血中ＳＯＤ和ＬＰＯ的动态变化，可作为判断其病情及预后的评估指标。

| Abstract: | The contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD) of red bood cells and lipid peroxides (LPO) of plasma were determined in 68 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction and 44 normal cases of the same age.The result of the study showed that SOD was decreasing and LPO was increasing successively in the order of the normal cases,the cases of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage(P<0.05).It is suggested that the dynamic changes in SOD and LPO might be helpful to judge the patient's conditions and prognosis. |
