摘    要:
目的:建立采用高效液相色谱测定动力染毒柜内气体中毒死蜱含量的方法。方法:采用2个多孔板玻理嘤收管串联,以甲醇为吸收剂,用个体采样器采集动力染毒柜中雾化的毒死蜱热雾剂,吸收液直接进样测定,液相色谱条件:C18柱;流动相:乙腈80%+20%,紫外检测波长300nm。结果:采样效率达100%,RSD、于1%。结论:方法简单,重现性好,可用于动力染毒柜气体中毒死蜱的测定。

Abstract:
Objective:To establish the analytical method for the determination of chlopyrifos in gases of power exposure cabinet by HPLC.Methods:Hot fogging concentrate of chlorpyrifos in power exposure cabinet was collected using individual sampler equipped by two tandem porous glass plate absorbers with methanol as absorbent.The chlorpyrifos absorbent was analyzed directly by HPLC.C18 chromatographic column was applied in this method,while the mobile phase was acetonitrile(80%)-water(20%).UV detection was performed at 300 nm.Results:The sampling efficiency was 100%.RSD was less than 1%.Conclusion:The method is convenient and reproducible for the determination of chlorpyrifos in gases of power exposure cabinet.
