有机氯农药残留量测定前处理方法的改进与比较

[目的]提聘种快速，高效，节省有机试剂的有机氯农药残留量测定的处理方法。[方法]用超声波振荡法进行试验，并对4种不同的前处理方法经较与分析。[结果]4种不同的前处理方法及测定结果差异有显著性，其中本文提出的超声波振荡1h，离心净化的方法消耗最少，得率最高。[结论]建议推广和应用该方法进行前处理。

Improvement and omparison on pretreatment methods in determination of organochlorine pesticide residues

[Purpose] To present a pretreatment method which is accurate, efficient and economic in determination of organochlorine residues. [Method]To process experiment through ultrsonic vibrate, compare and analyze four sorts of pretreatment methods. [Result]Four sorts of differentpretreatment methods are quite different in determining results. The pretreatment methods which adopted ultrasonic vibrate 1 hour and centrifugal purification consume least but produce most. [Conclusion] We suggest that this method be extended and adopted to process pretreatment.
