| 摘 要： | 目的建立草药半边旗中芹菜素含量的准确测定方法，并测定不同采收期的半边旗中芹菜素的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱，流动相为甲醇一水（梯度洗脱），流速为0，2mL／min，检测波长为283nm，柱温为35℃。结果芹菜素进样量在0．076～0．76μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r^2=0．9986），平均回收率为98．1％（RSD=1．24％）。结论高效液相色谱法操作简便，测定结果可靠，可用于半边旗草药的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for content determination of apigenin from Pteris semipinnata L.. Methods The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column, the mobile phase was the mixture of methanol （B） and water （A） with a linear gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min. The ultraviolet wavelength was 283 nm, and the column temperature was maintained at 35℃. Results The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0.076-0. 76μg（ r^2 =0, 998 6）, the average recovery rate was 98. 1% （RSD = 1.24% ）. Conclusion The method is simple, convenient and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Pteris semipinnata L., |
