| 摘 要： | 目的总结腹部外科手术后并发肺部感染的护理措施。方法回顾性分析28例腹部外科手术后并发肺部感染的病例资料。结果腹部术后发生肺部感染的发生率为14.81%。手术创伤、侵入性治疗、留置胃肠减压器是腹部术后并发肺部感染的重要因素。结论术后密切观察病人的生命体征,加强术后呼吸道护理,加强病室环境管理,口腔及皮肤护理,鼓励患者早期活动,加强营养及饮食护理是严防肺部感染的效护理措施。 |

Nursing Experience Gained from 28 Cases of Patients with Pulmonary Infection after Abdominal Surgery |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize nursing interventions for pulmonary infection complications after abdominal operation.Method Retrospectively analyzed 28 cases of patients with pulmonary infection after abdominal operation.Result The incidence of pulmonary infection after abdominal operation was 14.81%.Reasons for this complications include operation wound,intercurrent treatment and installation of gastrointestinal decompression apparatus.Conclusion Effective nursing interventions for pulmonary infection complications after abdominal operation should include observation of vital signs,improvement of nursing for respiratory tract,wards environment,oral cavity health and skin health,encouragement of early mobilization,and improvement of food nutrition. |
