摘 要: | 目的:探讨行颈动脉支架置入术前控制性饮食与常规禁食相比,对患者手术效果及围术期并发症的影响。方法选择我科拟行颈动脉支架置入术的患者300例,按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各150例。观察组采取改进的术前控制性进食方法,由责任护士给予个体化饮食指导。对照组按照传统术前禁食6h、禁饮4h,比较两组患者术前、术中、术后临床表现及并发症发生情况。结果两组的各项临床表现及并发症观察指标比较,对照组均高于观察组(P<0.05),但两组均无误吸病例。结论通过术前控制性饮食,可明显减少患者术后口渴、饥饿、低血压、低血糖等并发症的发生率,增加患者舒适度,提高手术安全性和患者满意度。

Analysis of restrained diet before carotid artery stenting |

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of restrained diet and routine fasting before carotid artery stent-ing on preioperative complications and operative effects. Methods A total of 300 candidates for carotid artery stenting were prospectively randomized into observation group and control group by random number table. The patients in observa-tion group were guided by responsible nurses with modified restrained diet. While the patients in control group were a-dopted traditional method: preoperative fasting 6 h, water deprivation 4 h. The clinical presentation and complications before, in and after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical presentation and complica-tions of the control group were higher than those of the observation group (P<0. 05) . No aspiration occurred in both of the two groups. Conclusions Restrained diet could significantly reduce the proportion of thirsty, hunger, hypotension and hypoglycemia, increase patient comfort and enhance the safety of surgery and the satisfaction of patients. |
