| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化是人类社会进步的标志和世界人口发展的必然趋势,实现健康老龄化是我国老龄工作的目标,健康管理是实现这一目标非常重要的途径。本文针对我国老年人卫生保健的现状,提出了健康管理的理念,阐述了健康管理的定义、范畴以及在我国人口老龄化进程中的实际操作过程和深远意义。

| Abstract: | Ageing is the sign of society progress and the inevitable tendency of the world population development,the aim of the chinese ageing works are carrying out healthy ageing,healthy management is an important path to achieve healthy ageing .In allusion to the present situation of ageing health care in china,in this article ,authors bring the notion of healthy management forward,elaborate the definiens of healthy management and the category,summarized the practical process of healthy management in the process of ageing,and the profound meaning of healthy management. |
