黄芩、板蓝根治疗小儿咳嗽的临床研究

目的：观察清热解毒药物对小儿咳嗽的疗效。方法：将门诊就医患者随机分为两组,每组100例,治疗组以清热解毒药物黄芩、板蓝根为主药结合临床辨证施治,对照组利用传统的中医治疗方法。治疗组药物组成黄芩、板蓝根,风寒咳嗽加紫苑、冬花,风热咳嗽加银花、连翘,痰湿咳嗽加陈皮,热痰加川贝母、地龙、桑白皮、瓜蒌,寒痰加桔梗、白前、半夏,久咳加批把叶,痰热闭肺加麻黄、生石膏、杏仁。对照组利用传统的中医治疗方法进行治疗。以治疗1星期为限,判断治疗结果。结果：治疗组有效率为98%,对照组有效率为80%,治疗组与对照组比较有差异（P〈0.05）,治疗组治愈率60%,对照组治愈率30%,治疗组与对照组比较有明显的差异（P〈0.01）。结论：清热解毒药物对小儿咳嗽疗效显著。

Clinical researches on treating infantile cough with Huanqin and Banlangen

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating infantile cough in TCM of heat-clearing and detoxicating effect. Methods： The outpatients were randomly divided into two groups, 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine TCM treatment, while the treatment group was given TCM herbs of heat-clearing and detoxicating effect including Huangqin and Banlangen. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 98%, while that in the control group was 80%, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. The cure rate in the treatment group was 60%, while that in the control group was 30%, with significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Chinese herbs of heat-clearing and detoxicating effect had significant effect on infantile cough.
