| 摘 要： | 目的研究进展性与非进展性缺血性脑卒中患者血清NO水平变化,为进展性缺血性脑卒中的预测及治疗提供科学的依据。方法采用比色法分别对进展性与非进展性缺血性脑卒中患者(各30例)及对照组不同相应时间点的血清进行NO水平检测,并对结果进行比较。结果进展组的NO水平顺序依次为,进展后24h内>1d及7d>14d;在发病1w内,进展组NO水平均明显高于非进展组,而在发病2w左右,两者逐渐接近正常水平。结论血清NO水平升高可作为进展性缺血性脑卒中的预测指标。
