自然分娩与剖宫产新生儿脑动脉血流参数的研究

摘    要:
目的:探讨自然分娩与河宫产新生儿脑动脉指标的差别。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声对产前36周~42周,产后1小时及48小时~72小时,三个时期的120例胎儿及新生儿大脑中动脉血流阻力指数进行了检测。其中自然分娩60例,剖宫产80例。结果:两组胎儿孕38周~42周脑血流阻力指数无判别(P〉0.01)。两组新生儿产生1小时脑血流阻力指数有差别(P〈0.01),经过48小时~72小时后两组差别消失(P〉0.0

Abstract:
Objective:To study the cerebral artery blood flow indices in newborns by natural and Cesarean section delivery.Methods:By high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography,the cercbral blood flow indices of 120 fetuses and newborns were measured at three periods:3842 weeks gestation,1 hour and 4872 hour after delivery60 netural delivery new borns and 60 cesarean section newborns were studied.Results:No significant difference was found on the cerebral blood flow indices between the two groups during 3842 weeks gestation (P>001)In each group,there was difference in one hour after delivery(P<001). No significant difference between the two groups in 4872 hours after delivery (P>001).Conclusion:The cerebral blood flow indices of newborns reveal transient physiological alteration after delivery,but no significance about the natural or cesarean section delivery mode
