老年患者肺部手术前后的康复治疗

目的：观察肺部手术的康复治疗对术后肺部并发症及病程的影响。方法：１１２例病人分成康复组（５８例）和对照组（５４例），对照组予常规治疗，康复组在常规治疗基础上增加康复治疗，并对两组的术后肺部并发症及病程进行统计学比较。结果：康复组术后肺部并发症发生率为１０．３％，对照组为３７％，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）。康复组术后恢复明显加快，住院时间缩短（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：康复治疗是降低术后肺部并发症促进病人恢复的重要治疗措施

An Observation on Preoperative and Postoperative Rehabilitation of Pulmonary Surgery in the Elder Patients

Objective:To observe the effects on preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation of pulmonary surgery for postoperative complications and disease course.Methods:112 patients were distributed to rehabilitation group(n=58)and control group(n=54).The patients of control group received common treatment,and rehabilitation group received preoperative and opstoperative rehabilitation of pulmonary surgery based on common treatment,and statistic compared with pulmonary postoperative complications and disease course between the two groups.Results:The rate of pulmonary complications postoperatively in rehabilitation group was 20%,control group was 57%.The difference was significant(P<0.005).and the postoperative convalescence was much shortened.Conclusion:Rehabilitation are important in reduction of lmonary postoperative complications which promont the patients' recovery.
