| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠(csp)的诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析恩施州中心医院中西医结合妇产科2005年1月～2009年6月收治的10例csp的临床资料。结果:10例患者中1例因疑子宫下段浆膜下肌瘤行剖腹探查,术中确诊,余9例均经超声确诊,其中6例予药物治疗:氨甲喋呤(MTX)加米非司酮,再行腹腔镜下病灶清除及子宫修补,3例予药物治疗后行宫腔镜下清宫术,均取得良好效果,无严重并发症发生。结论:超声是诊断CSP的简便可靠方法,且可为临床选择治疗方法提供依据。药物(MTX加米非司酮)联合宫腹腔镜治疗CSP具有安全有效、住院时间短、医疗费用低等优点。
